Drill Guide Jig

The jig can be utilized for alignment and guidance of drills, reamers, counterbores, etc in the removal of failed welds, plugs and tube sections. This is particularly useful for:

	Remachining of damaged tubesheet holes back to concentricity
	Areas within the channel with poor working clearances
	Custom machining of tube sheets where the prevention of damage to adjacent ligaments and tubes is imperative
	Perpendicularity of tool bit to the work
	Preventing drift which impairs adjacent ligaments.

Various sizes available based on standard tube OD and pitch configurations.
